Artisan Talent is a boutique creative staffing agency specializing in connecting top-tier digital, marketing, AI, and creative professionals with leading brands and agencies. Built on a human-first approach to recruitment, they nurture genuine relationships and champion diverse, inclusive teams.
I’ve collaborated with their team weekly since 2018, crafting hundreds of custom illustrations and animations that bring their visual identity to life. Originally, the visual style strictly followed brand guidelines developed by a Parisian design agency. But in 2025, Artisan asked me to re-imagine their social presence. Backed by years of mutual trust, they gave me total freedom to lean into my own style and sensibility—and I chose to get a little weird.
In a landscape flooded with hyper-refined AI slop, a quirky, "something’s-not-quite-right" visual strategy felt like the perfect antidote, grounding Artisan’s social presence firmly back in their human-centric ethos.
